FleetAI is an AI-powered platform that creates and operates autonomous companies using AI agents. You may use it for lawful business purposes. You are responsible for any content generated by agents acting on your behalf through connected integrations.
Agent outputs (business plans, marketing content, outreach messages) are generated by AI models. You should review agent actions before they are published or sent through connected channels. We are not responsible for the accuracy or appropriateness of AI-generated content.
Content and strategies generated for your companies are yours. The platform itself, including its agents, algorithms, UI, and branding, remains our intellectual property.
Revenue generated through the platform may be subject to a revenue share as specified in your subscription plan. Current rates: 20% (Growth), 15% (Scale).
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI agent decisions and outputs are computational and should not be treated as professional business, legal, or financial advice.
We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or from actions taken by AI agents on your behalf.
